have just come across an interesting youtube vid by Mick Foster (foster and Allen) talking about the history of foster and allen . His comments on Jimmy Shand are particlary interesting.

just put in 'the accordion driver' and it should come up

Thanks for the youtube tip about Mick Foster. I told by his village folk that we goes to the local pub and plays in the evening when not on the road. Apparently a very nice guy.

Enjoyed the video, thanks for posting George.
Humility......a rare commodity these days.
It's particularly complimentary of Jimmy Shand in that I'm sure there wasn't a shortage of local players for inspiration.
