Wow, they know how to have fun! Now, ask me to spin around like she did and 2 things would happen... I'd be wrapped up in my cable tighter than a mummy and I would likely fall off the stage in massive dizziness... lol

See, why don't the antics of these two people playing on stage make me frown like that one in another thread???

I'll be in the Aurillac area next June, and I'll keep an eye out for them. Never heard of them before. I wasn't all that keen on the music but they sure are entertainment.

Then you need the wireless option that Roland provide.... :D
Or a wireless microphone.
Or just be careful.....
1) Ballone Burini 46C (4+5) cassotto (LMMH) 3/3 PA; 2) Accordiola Piano V (5+5) cassotto (LMMMH) 3/3 PA;
3) Roland FR8X; 4) Hohner Vox 4k (LMMH) 3/3 CBA

absolutely great! If more accordions were played on stage with a large element of 'fun' interest in the instrument may well increase as a 'popular' instrument as it once was.

We now seem to do a lot of 'mainly deadly seriarses at one end of the scale and 'not sure where they are going' at the other with a relatively small middle of the road brigade. Perhaps its time to think a wee bit about doing something to the broaden the appeal of the box to joe public!

Thinking about the clip from Aurillac, just brilliant. What a great medley. I recognised a some of the tunes, Lo Crouzado and Garcons de Montagne (3/8 bourrees) and a couple of others that I can't put my finger on. Anyway, I just can't quite see some of the folk at our french dance club enjoying themselves in quite the same way! Warm work dancing in the vintage underwear!

Loved it!
