I also own both a Free Bass with the 3 rows on top (Hohner Morino VI N) and a converter instrument (Roland FR-8X). Playing FB on the converter instrument gives me major cramps and I find the wrist position painful to maintain. Playing the Hohner with the 3 extra rows up high is way more comfortable and I don't experience craMMMMping while playing ever.
