The Forum Is Changing
Hi folks. Shortly this forum will be migrating to different software and, in addition, we will also have a new website address. To migrate all the posts, users, etc. will take a little time so there will be some downtime on the forum while this is done. I am trying to do this sooner rather than later so it may not be possible to give you prior notice of the downtime.
Once migrated to our new address, visitors to www.accordionists.co.uk will be automatically redirected to the new website address.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused, but the change to the software has now become really necessary.

No1 Ladies Accordion Orchestra

Post by saltarelle2 » Fri Oct 12, 2018 12:15 pm

If you fancy coming to see something a bit different why not come to one of the No1 Ladies Accordion Orchestra's concerts? They play an eclectic range of music with everything from Tangos through Klezmer to film music - and most everything in between. You can chat to the ladies, even try out all the different accordions if you want - the kids love doping this! And at most of the concerts there are also wonderful home made cakes to sample during the interval. Come along - you may be very pleasantly surprised!

The No1 Ladies Accordion Orchestra will be performing in Islip Village Hall, Church Lane, Islip, Oxon OX5 2TA on Saturday 20th October at 7.30pm. Tickets are £12 - £30 for a family ticket - available on 01865 347999, or from the village shop or on the door on the night.

They will also be performing in The Old Church, Stoke Newington, N16 9ES on Saturday 24th November at 7.30pm and Sunday 25th November at 2.30pm. Tickets are £10 and available from Brownpapertickets.com or on the door subject to availability. And there will be cakes at both concerts (the quality of these is renowned - some people come just for these!)

It would be lovely to see some of you there - do come over and introduce yourselves!
