I got a song done. Margaritaville by Jimmy Buffett. 5/4 time. Just the D and A bass buttons. For some reason, MuseScore wasn't consistent with the 5/4 time in the second stave.

I got a song done. I Like Beer by Tom T. Hall. 3/4 time waltz, and since I find it hard to play waltzes with a lot of fancy continuous coordinated button changing, I use the C bass button most of the time. I did put in a little D and E bass button for some button practice.

I have a couple of pop/rock books for accordion that I brought back from Germany. It is all late 70's and early 80's stuff. I have at least one pink floyd tune in there.

You may want to check out this country cover band that reworks modern pop tunes.

Check out this cover of "Hey Ya" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LQVWXAlEUB8" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Might also do:

Richard and the Cadillac Kings
by Doyle Holly

Brother Trucker
by James Taylor

John Deere Green
by Joe Diffie

Stages

I got a song done. Richard and the Cadillac Kings by Doyle Holly. 4/4 time.

4/11/2015 edit: I replaced it with a 2/4 time version with easier playing and better sound.

Got a song done. Streets of Bakersfield. 1988 Buck Owens-Dwight Yoakam version. 4/4 time. I left the bass button notes off of it. You can improvise as you want.

Might also do:

I Believe in You

I got a song done. I Believe in You by Don Williams. 6/4 time.

It's getting warm enough to work outside. I don't think I'll do much more sheet music writing for a while unless I need to whip up a song for a performance.

I got a song done. Little Deuce Coupe. The Beach Boys and Jan and Dean version. 2/4 time. I'd have put in an oom-pah bass button beat, but it seemed like the G bass button fit it pretty good. I started using the bass clef for the bass buttons instead of the treble clef. Treble clef is FACE and Every Good Boy Does Fine. Bass clef is ACEG and Good Books Don't Fall Apart.

I got the songs I mentioned started, plus I might do:

Mama's Opry
by Iris DeMent

Ghost Town
by Michael Martin Murphey

Let It Shine
by Olivia Newton-John

Automatic
by Miranda Lambert

Walk Softly On This Heart of Mine
by The Kentucky Headhunters

One Way Track
by Prairie Oyster

So, I should learn to produce sheet music quick and easy industrial-grade, concentrating on the beat, and if the musician wants more detail, he can improvise.

There's a limit of five scores displayed to a free MuseScore account and I don't want to pay for a Pro account.

Looking Back to See. George Jones and Margie Singleton version. Put in your own bass button notes.
